La reformulaci\u00f3n del Plan E\u00f3lico se abre a nuevas zonas propuestas por la iniciativa privada.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el pleno del Consell del pasado 3 de agosto se dio cuenta de la Propuesta de Reformulaci\u00f3n del Modelo de Desarrollo de la Energ\u00eda E\u00f3lica en la Comunidad Valenciana. El documento que ha elaborado la Conselleria de Econom\u00eda Sostenible, en colaboraci\u00f3n con las de Vivienda y Agricultura, argumenta que el redise\u00f1o del Plan E\u00f3lico viene motivado por el bajo nivel de ejecuci\u00f3n de los objetivos energ\u00e9ticos previstos, y que ronda el 50% de la potencia el\u00e9ctrica prevista inicialmente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El nuevo Plan, por el contrario, contempla alcanzar una potencia en servicio de 4.000 MW para el a\u00f1o 2030, en l\u00ednea con la Estrategia Valenciana de Cambio Clim\u00e1tico y Energ\u00eda. La primera convocatoria de 2001 fij\u00f3 una potencia de referencia de 1.695 MW para el conjunto de la Comunidad Valenciana, aunque en 2003 la potencia adjudicada definitivamente fue de casi 2.340 MW (s\u00f3lo se construyeron 1.172).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En 2008 se public\u00f3 una nueva convocatoria que se resolvi\u00f3 en 2009, con una potencia de los proyectos seleccionados de 340 MW. De estos, ninguno ha entrado en servicio ni se han llegado a tramitar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se incorporar\u00e1n nuevas tipolog\u00edas de instalaciones, con lo que coexistir\u00e1n parques de elevada potencia, miniparques de potencia media o para autoconsumo e instalaciones de peque\u00f1a potencia aisladas de la red. Pero tambi\u00e9n se generar\u00e1n nuevas zonas e\u00f3licas propuestas por la iniciativa privada, previa evaluaci\u00f3n del recurso e\u00f3lico. Adem\u00e1s, se quiere agilizar al m\u00e1ximo el procedimiento administrativo: la tramitaci\u00f3n, construcci\u00f3n y puesta en servicio de un parque e\u00f3lico no deber\u00e1 sobrepasar los tres a\u00f1os. En la misma l\u00ednea, las instalaciones e\u00f3licas para el autoconsumo estar\u00e1n sujetas a una tramitaci\u00f3n urban\u00edstica mucho m\u00e1s simplificada.
