Se espera que el crecimiento contin\u00fae hasta 2030. Para entonces, Espa\u00f1a contar\u00e1 con 131,1 GW y las renovables, sin incluir la hidr\u00e1ulica, representar\u00e1n casi el 50% de esa potencia.<\/p>\n<p>El informe de GlobalData, \u2018<a href=\"https:\/\/www.globaldata.com\/store\/report\/gdpe2086icr--spain-power-market-outlook-to-2030-update-2018-market-trends-regulations-and-competitive-landscape\/\">Perspectivas del mercado de energ\u00eda de Espa\u00f1a hasta 2030, actualizaci\u00f3n 2018<\/a>\u2019 indica que Espa\u00f1a a\u00fan necesita expandir su sector de energ\u00eda renovable para reducir su dependencia de las fuentes de energ\u00eda t\u00e9rmica. \u201cObtiene la mayor parte de su electricidad de fuentes de energ\u00eda t\u00e9rmica, pero no tiene grandes reservas de combustibles f\u00f3siles, lo que le obliga a depender de las importaciones de gas de Argelia, Nigeria, Qatar y Egipto y las importaciones de petr\u00f3leo de Oriente Medio. La UE finalmente aument\u00f3 su objetivo al 32%\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Como resultado de este cambio de pol\u00edtica, la capacidad solar fotovoltaica en el pa\u00eds crecer\u00e1 a una tasa anual de 13,1%, mientras que la potencia e\u00f3lica crecer\u00e1 al 3,3% entre 2018 y 2030. De modo que se espera que para 2030 las energ\u00edas renovables, sin incluir la hidr\u00e1ulica, representen el 48,6% de toda la potencia instalada.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan el informe, la ubicaci\u00f3n geogr\u00e1fica de Espa\u00f1a funciona particularmente a favor de la energ\u00eda solar, lo que permite una mayor tasa de crecimiento. La parte sur del pa\u00eds es soleada, lo que resulta un mayor potencial de energ\u00eda solar. Adem\u00e1s, su ubicaci\u00f3n en el extremo sur de Europa le permite actuar como un centro para la importaci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda solar barata desde el norte de \u00c1frica y m\u00e1s all\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Para Chatterjee \u201cgran parte del desarrollo de las renovables en el pa\u00eds se debi\u00f3 a su atractivo programa de tarifas reguladas (Feed in tariff) seguido por el gobierno hasta 2012.
