Ayer, 3 de septiembre, se complet\u00f3 la maniobra de \u201cauto-izado\u201d de esta torre de 160 metros de altura, dise\u00f1ada por la empresa navarra Nabrawind Technologies y participada por la sociedad p\u00fablica Sodena.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El objetivo de este proyecto, seg\u00fan Nabrawind, es validar en un prototipo real un novedoso dise\u00f1o de torre y su proceso de montaje, que prescinde de las gr\u00faas de gran tama\u00f1o y coste empleadas en la actualidad. Una vez montado, el prototipo servir\u00e1 para realizar un \u201censayo de fatiga\u201d, que consiste en reproducir en 6 meses la vida real que soportar\u00eda el aparato durante 25 a\u00f1os de funcionamiento y de este modo validar su durabilidad. Esto se consigue mediante un sistema que genera cargas en la parte superior de la instalaci\u00f3n, haci\u00e9ndola oscilar de manera controlada para simular de forma acelerada la situaci\u00f3n de la torre con el aerogenerador en funcionamiento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este m\u00e9todo de ensayo, nunca realizado hasta la fecha en una torre e\u00f3lica, se ha concebido en el proyecto NEVA, realizado en colaboraci\u00f3n con CENER y financiado con fondos FEDER a trav\u00e9s del Ministerio de Econom\u00eda y Competitividad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La torre dise\u00f1ada por Nabrawind alcanzar\u00e1 una altura de buje de 160 metros en total. Concretamente, la torre estar\u00e1 dividida en dos segmentos: una estructura recta de tres columnas, de 86 metros, dise\u00f1ada y patentada por Nabrawind, y una torre convencional, colocada encima de la estructura anterior, de 71 metros.<\/p>\n<p>La principal peculiaridad de Nabralift (nombre comercial de la estructura dise\u00f1ada por Nabrawind) radica en su sistema de montaje, un novedoso proceso de auto-izado mediante dispositivos hidr\u00e1ulicos en el suelo, patentado por esta empresa navarra, que permite elevar la torre completa introduciendo m\u00f3dulos por la parte inferior. Este sistema supone un gran avance para la log\u00edstica del transporte y montaje de la torre, ya que al estar compuesta por elementos de menor tama\u00f1o no requiere ni camiones ni gr\u00faas especiales. Esta soluci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica supone un ahorro de costes respecto a las torres convencionales de hasta un 15-20% en funci\u00f3n de la altura y potencia del aerogenerador. Y, por \u00faltimo, porque se instala sobre una cimentaci\u00f3n de tres zapatas, lo que reduce el consumo de hormig\u00f3n en un 30-40% frente a las torres actuales.<\/p>\n<p>La necesidad de fabricar torres m\u00e1s altas que las convencionales surge por la saturaci\u00f3n que existe en la actualidad de los emplazamientos m\u00e1s atractivos. Esto obliga a desarrollar parques e\u00f3licos en lugares donde el viento est\u00e1 a mayores cotas de altura y, por lo tanto, las torres deben tener m\u00e1s metros para alcanzar esas cotas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La segunda torre m\u00e1s alta del mundo<\/strong><br \/>La torre e\u00f3lica de Eslava ser\u00e1 la m\u00e1s alta de Espa\u00f1a y la segunda del mundo, tan solo por detr\u00e1s de un aerogenerador construido por la empresa alemana Max B\u00f6gl Wind AG. La torre, ubicada en Gaildorf (Alemania), tiene una altura de 178 metros y sumando las dimensiones de las aspas llega hasta los 246,5 metros. El di\u00e1metro que forman las aspas al rotar es de 137 metros.
