Pero la incertidumbre pol\u00edtica y la falta de ambici\u00f3n en muchos pa\u00edses pueden llegar a convertirse en \u2018piedras\u2019 en ese camino, seg\u00fan se indica en el \u00faltimo informe de WindEurope Perspectivas de la energ\u00eda e\u00f3lica en Europa que se ha lanzado esta semana.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La capacidad e\u00f3lica en Europa crecer\u00e1 una media de 17 GW al a\u00f1o hasta 2022. En 2019, la industria marcar\u00e1 un nuevo r\u00e9cord en instalaciones anuales. Con 87 GW e\u00f3licos que se instalar\u00e1n en los pr\u00f3ximos cinco a\u00f1os, Europa alcanzar\u00e1 los 258 GW de capacidad instalada en 2022. La mayor\u00eda de las nuevas instalaciones ser\u00e1n terrestres: 70,4 GW frente a los 16,5 GW de e\u00f3lica marina. Aerogeneradores m\u00e1s grandes ayudar\u00e1n a impulsar este crecimiento con turbinas de 4 MW y 8 MW, que se est\u00e1n convirtiendo en la nueva norma e\u00f3lica terrestre y marina, respectivamente.<\/p>\n<p>Alemania seguir\u00e1 siendo el pa\u00eds con potencia e\u00f3lica instalada (73 GW en 2022), seguido de Espa\u00f1a (30 GW) y Reino Unido (26 GW). Pero la participaci\u00f3n de Alemania en nuevas instalaciones caer\u00e1 del 40% de media en los \u00faltimos cinco a\u00f1os al 24%. Espa\u00f1a y Suecia ver\u00e1n un fuerte crecimiento con a\u00f1os r\u00e9cord en 2019. Tambi\u00e9n deber\u00edan hacerlo el Benelux, Noruega, Turqu\u00eda y Francia, aunque despu\u00e9s del baj\u00f3n a corto plazo en el pa\u00eds galo.<\/p>\n<p>Junto a las nuevas incorporaciones de capacidad, en los pr\u00f3ximos cinco a\u00f1os se producir\u00e1 el primer cierre definitivo de los parques e\u00f3licos de primera generaci\u00f3n de Europa. Para el a\u00f1o 2022, 22 GW de potencia instalada tendr\u00e1n m\u00e1s de 20 a\u00f1os. Algunos de estos antiguos aerogeneradores ser\u00e1n reemplazados en el mismo sitio por otros m\u00e1s potentes. Pero tal y como est\u00e1 actualmente, entre 4,3 y 6,4 GW de los parques e\u00f3licos existentes, ser\u00edan totalmente desmantelados en los pr\u00f3ximos cinco a\u00f1os. A nivel mundial, Europa representar\u00e1 el 25% de la potencia e\u00f3lica en los pr\u00f3ximos cinco a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>El consejero delegado de WindEurope, Giles Dickson, ha indicado que \u201cla energ\u00eda e\u00f3lica va por buen camino de conseguir una mayor expansi\u00f3n en Europa en los pr\u00f3ximos cinco a\u00f1os. Pero este crecimiento proviene principalmente de las decisiones hechas en el pasado. Las perspectivas para nuevas decisiones de inversi\u00f3n en los pr\u00f3ximos cinco a\u00f1os son menos claras. La mayor\u00eda de los gobiernos a\u00fan no han aclarado sus planes para nuevos parques e\u00f3licos hasta 2030. Y en parte, debido a esto, cada vez es m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil obtener permisos para nuevos parques e\u00f3licos\u201d Dickson a\u00f1ade que \u201dlos Planes Nacionales de Energ\u00eda y Clima para 2030 ser\u00e1n cruciales. Definir\u00e1n los vol\u00famenes de las nuevas energ\u00edas renovables que los pa\u00edses quieren y c\u00f3mo y cu\u00e1ndo proponen subastar la nueva capacidad. Estos planes tambi\u00e9n requieren que los gobiernos articulen sus propuestas para las energ\u00edas renovables actuales y que su final de vida se acerca a corto plazo hasta 2030. De aqu\u00ed a 2022, 22 GW e\u00f3licos instalados tendr\u00e1n m\u00e1s de 20 a\u00f1os.
