T\u00dcV S\u00dcD, socio de AEE, certific\u00f3 la innovadora estructura de soporte desarrollada por un consorcio industrial encabezado por ESTEYCO, tambi\u00e9n miembro de la asociaci\u00f3n e\u00f3lica. El certificado fue entregado durante la Feria de referencia de energ\u00eda e\u00f3lica, WindEurope 2019 que tuvo lugar del 2-4 de abril en Bilbao.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>ELISA \/ ELICAN es el proyecto piloto de un consorcio industrial que lidera la empresa espa\u00f1ola de ingenier\u00eda y consultor\u00eda ESTEYCO. Combina una cimentaci\u00f3n temporalmente flotante y una torre telesc\u00f3pica. Durante el transporte mar\u00edtimo, la base act\u00faa como una barcaza flotante y la torre telesc\u00f3pica se retrae para garantizar la estabilidad durante la flotaci\u00f3n. Para la instalaci\u00f3n, la base de la estructura de soporte se baja al fondo marino y se extiende la torre telesc\u00f3pica. Dentro del alcance de este proyecto, T\u00dcV S\u00dcD desarroll\u00f3 un nuevo procedimiento de certificaci\u00f3n para garantizar el uso seguro y fiable de esta estructura de soporte innovadora. &#8220;Estamos muy contentos con esta colaboraci\u00f3n&#8221;, subraya Javier Nieto, Gerente de la Divisi\u00f3n Offshore en ESTEYCO. &#8220;Al ofrecer un conocimiento tecnol\u00f3gico profundo y un alto nivel de experiencia, T\u00dcV S\u00dcD es el socio perfecto para la implementaci\u00f3n efectiva y exitosa de estos proyectos altamente sofisticados&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto piloto, que ser\u00e1 lastrado para apoyarse en el lecho marino y apoyar al aerogenerador offshore\/marino durante la operaci\u00f3n, es una etapa previa al desarrollo de una cimentaci\u00f3n flotante permanente. \u201cLa soluci\u00f3n desarrollada por ESTEYCO representa un m\u00e9todo mucho m\u00e1s rentable para realizar aerogeneradores offshore\/marinos\u201d, comenta Florian Singer, Gerente de Proyectos de T\u00dcV S\u00dcD Industrie Service GmbH. &#8220;En primer lugar, toda la estructura se puede ensamblar a partir de piezas prefabricadas en un dique seco, y, en segundo lugar, el transporte y la instalaci\u00f3n se pueden realizar sin el uso costoso de una instalaci\u00f3n especial de nav\u00edos y gr\u00faas\u201d. Seg\u00fan Florian Singer, la certificaci\u00f3n de la cimentaci\u00f3n flotante se completar\u00e1 en breve.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00dcV S\u00dcD ha sido acreditado por la Agencia Federal Mar\u00edtima e Hidrogr\u00e1fica (Bundesamt f\u00fcr Seeschifffahrt und Hydrographie, BSH) para la certificaci\u00f3n de parques e\u00f3licos marinos y como organismo de certificaci\u00f3n para turbinas e\u00f3licas marinas y terrestres y sus componentes.
