Esta cifra es un 27% m\u00e1s alta que en 2018 pero un 10% menos que el r\u00e9cord de 2017. La potencia e\u00f3lica total instalada en el viejo continente ha alcanzado los 205 GW, representando el 15% de todo el consumo de electricidad en Europa el a\u00f1o pasado.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Las tres cuartas partes de las nuevas instalaciones e\u00f3licas del a\u00f1o pasado fueron en tierra con 11,8 GW. A la e\u00f3lica marina le correspondieron 3,6 GW nuevos.<\/p>\n<p>Espa\u00f1a ha sido el pa\u00eds europeo que ha instalado instal\u00f3 m\u00e1s parques e\u00f3licos terrestres con 2,2 GW. Las nuevas instalaciones e inversiones disminuyeron dr\u00e1sticamente en Alemania.<br \/>Reino Unido (2,4 GW, tanto en tierra como en alta mar) ha sido el pa\u00eds que ha instalado m\u00e1s potencia e\u00f3lica en 2019. Le sigue Espa\u00f1a con 2,2 GW terrestres, luego Alemania (2,2GW, tanto en tierra como en alta mar), seguido de Suecia (1,6 GW, todo en tierra) y Francia (1,3 GW, tambi\u00e9n en tierra).<\/p>\n<p>Alemania, que durante mucho tiempo ha sido el motor de la industria e\u00f3lica en Europa, est\u00e1 estancada. Solo instal\u00f3 1,1 GW de energ\u00eda e\u00f3lica terrestre el a\u00f1o pasado, su nivel m\u00e1s bajo desde el a\u00f1o 2000. Y han anunciado muy pocas inversiones nuevas, lo que indica que el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o no ser\u00e1 mucho mejor.<\/p>\n<p>En toda Europa se han anunciado nuevas inversiones por valor de 19.000 millones de euros en parques e\u00f3licos, con una capacidad de 11,8 GW. Y se adjudicaron 15 GW de nueva capacidad en subastas y licitaciones gubernamentales.<\/p>\n<p>Las instalaciones de 2019 aumentaron un 27% en comparaci\u00f3n con 2018, pero la tasa de instalaciones debe duplicarse para alcanzar los objetivos establecidos en el Green Deal.<\/p>\n<p>Las bajas cifras de instalaci\u00f3n en Alemania fueron parcialmente compensadas por otros pa\u00edses. Espa\u00f1a ha vuelto a lo grande: despu\u00e9s de varios a\u00f1os con bajas cifras de instalaciones, el pa\u00eds alcanz\u00f3 su mayor tasa de instalaci\u00f3n desde 2009. Suecia tambi\u00e9n alcanz\u00f3 un n\u00famero r\u00e9cord de instalaciones el a\u00f1o pasado.<\/p>\n<p>En Francia, las condiciones clim\u00e1ticas dif\u00edciles y los retrasos administrativos han retrasado la construcci\u00f3n de nuevos parques e\u00f3licos. Pero la industria est\u00e1 lista para cumplir con el ritmo establecido en el Plan de Energ\u00eda de Francia.<\/p>\n<p>Giles Dickson, CEO de WindEurope, ha indicado que \u201cel viento ha supuesto el 15% de la electricidad de Europa. Pero Europa no est\u00e1 construyendo suficientes parques e\u00f3licos nuevos para cumplir el objetivo de la UE de que deber\u00eda ser la mitad de la electricidad de Europa para 2050&#8243;.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;La neutralidad clim\u00e1tica y el Green Deal requieren que Europa instale m\u00e1s del doble de energ\u00eda e\u00f3lica nueva cada a\u00f1o de lo que logr\u00f3 en 2019.
