El objetivo es doble: reducir los costes de las inspecciones y minimizar los riesgos para los trabajadores.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>TSR Wind ya est\u00e1 usando desde hace meses varias unidades del robot CERBERUS para inspeccionar el interior de las palas. Estos robots ya est\u00e1n trabajando en pa\u00edses como M\u00e9xico, USA, Per\u00fa y UK, adem\u00e1s de Espa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p>Dada la creciente necesidad de revisar el estado del interior de las palas, durante el pasado a\u00f1o, la empresa TSR Wind desarroll\u00f3, en colaboraci\u00f3n con uno de los principales fabricantes de turbinas a nivel mundial, una soluci\u00f3n rob\u00f3tica para las inspecciones internas de las palas. El resultado es el robot Cerberus, que ya va por la tercera versi\u00f3n mejorada (Cerberus 210). Se trata de una herramienta que permite sistematizar y mejorar la calidad de las inspecciones, reducir los costes, aumentar la longitud de pala inspeccionada y, sobre todo, minimizar los trabajos de operarios en el interior de las palas evitando as\u00ed el alto riesgo y las complicaciones asociados a estas inspecciones en espacios confinados.<\/p>\n<p>El robot, que cuenta con 3 c\u00e1maras de video de alta resoluci\u00f3n para poder realizar una inspecci\u00f3n de m\u00e1xima calidad, puede usarse en palas en servicio, pero tambi\u00e9n puede hacerlo en f\u00e1brica o en campas de almacenamiento. Funciona con bater\u00edas de larga duraci\u00f3n y se puede controlar de forma remota y segura desde el buje. As\u00ed, actualmente TSR Wind ofrece un servicio de inspecci\u00f3n completa de la pala, tanto externa como interna, de muy alta calidad y reduciendo al m\u00e1ximo el riesgo para los trabajadores.<\/p>\n<p>Estos servicios, recogidos en una \u00fanica plataforma web TSR Inspector, desarrollada por la compa\u00f1\u00eda, dotan a los clientes de una garant\u00eda de control total sobre el estado de sus activos y la evoluci\u00f3n de los mismos a lo largo del tiempo.<\/p>\n<p>TSR Wind ya ha realizado la inspecci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 2.000 aerogeneradores por todo el mundo y sigue desarrollando nuevas tecnolog\u00edas para reducir los costes y los riesgos de las operaciones de inspecci\u00f3n y mantenimiento de las turbinas.<\/p>\n<p>La ingenier\u00eda espa\u00f1ola TSR Wind ha desarrollado, en colaboraci\u00f3n con uno de los grandes fabricantes de aerogeneradores, un robot para optimizar las inspecciones internas de las palas en servicio.
