Este tipo de soluciones, muy comunes en pa\u00edses escandinavos, son t\u00e9cnicamente complejas pero muy eficientes seg\u00fan las condiciones del proyecto.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Los parques e\u00f3licos son tan variables como su localizaci\u00f3n, y en especial, sus condiciones de terreno, al menos para el \u00e1mbito de las cimentaciones de aerogenerador.<\/p>\n<p>En algunas ocasiones se presentan condiciones del terreno con estratos rocosos robustos, donde la implantaci\u00f3n de cimentaciones de aerogenerador directas, esto es, de gravedad, implica altos costos para el proyecto debido a una muy dificultosa excavabilidad de la zona, siendo a veces requerido el uso de explosivos para ello.<\/p>\n<p>Existe en el mercado una soluci\u00f3n que responde a dicha problem\u00e1tica, y mitiga los problemas asociados, a la vez que, seg\u00fan los mercados, puede proporcionar unos interesantes ahorros en las unidades asociadas a la construcci\u00f3n de cimentaci\u00f3n de aerogenerador: consumo de hormig\u00f3n y acero, excavaci\u00f3n y relleno, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Esta soluci\u00f3n utiliza literalmente la roca como cimentaci\u00f3n del aerogenerador, mediante un sistema de anclajes a la misma. De ese modo se evita la construcci\u00f3n de una cimentaci\u00f3n directa con gran cantidad de hormig\u00f3n y acero, logrando adem\u00e1s reducciones temporales en su construcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>No obstante, el c\u00e1lculo y dise\u00f1o de estas soluciones no son una tarea sencilla. Se requiere, entre otras cosas, de un c\u00e1lculo y dise\u00f1o especial de la interfaz torre-cimentaci\u00f3n, que en este caso ser\u00e1 la roca en s\u00ed mismo, donde resulta crucial un eficaz dise\u00f1o de los sistemas de anclaje a roca.<\/p>\n<p>Sobre los anclajes <br \/>Los anclajes al terreno proporcionan una alta capacidad de carga, y la longitud de la uni\u00f3n se puede adaptar seg\u00fan sea la carga solicitada. Adem\u00e1s, no implican grandes \u00e1reas de excavaci\u00f3n como se requiere con las cimentaciones tradicionales, representando as\u00ed una ventaja adicional cuando se presentan restricciones de m\u00ednimo impacto en la huella de cimentaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Fabricados en acero de alto l\u00edmite el\u00e1stico, se anclan a la roca con aporte de morteros de alta resistencia. Para ello se disponen de vainas en la losa de hormig\u00f3n de la cimentaci\u00f3n, que sirven de gu\u00eda para la posterior perforaci\u00f3n en la roca, introducci\u00f3n de los anclajes y su tesado. Los anclajes pueden ser tanto pernos como cables.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Primera cimentaci\u00f3n de aerogenerador tipo rock-anchor en Espa\u00f1a<\/strong> <br \/>La empresa CTE Wind Ib\u00e9rica, filial de CTE Wind para Espa\u00f1a y Latinoam\u00e9rica, recientemente ha acometido el dise\u00f1o de la primera soluci\u00f3n tipo rock-anchor para cimentaciones de aerogenerador en Espa\u00f1a. Este tipo de soluciones, muy comunes en pa\u00edses escandinavos, son t\u00e9cnicamente complejas pero muy eficientes seg\u00fan las condiciones del proyecto. <br \/>Bilbao \u2013 CTE Wind Ib\u00e9rica ha calculado y dise\u00f1ado una soluci\u00f3n tipo rock-anchor para un parque e\u00f3lico de 10 aerogeneradores en Espa\u00f1a. En este caso, las condiciones del terreno resultaban favorables, dada su condici\u00f3n de roca sana, para la implantaci\u00f3n de esta soluci\u00f3n. De ese modo, CTE Wind Ib\u00e9rica, en consonancia con su cliente, decidieron la bondad de esta soluci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-16020\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" src=\"https:\/\/aeeolica.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Cimentacion-anclada-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"701\" height=\"526\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Soluci\u00f3n de validez mundial<\/strong> <br \/>El reciente proyecto realizado por CTE Wind en Espa\u00f1a se suma a otros tantos \u00e9xitos en el c\u00e1lculo y dise\u00f1o de soluciones tipo rock-anchor en sitios tan diversos como Noruega, Suecia, Finlandia, Canad\u00e1.
