Esta cimentaci\u00f3n permite reducir el empleo de hormig\u00f3n en hasta un 80%. Una de las principales caracter\u00edsticas de esta torre es su estructura de tres columnas que distribuye las cargas de manera m\u00e1s eficiente en tres elementos pilotados.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Esta cimentaci\u00f3n desarrollada por Nabrawind, que ya se est\u00e1 implementando en el parque que la empresa navarra est\u00e1 instalando en <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nabrawind.com\/nabrawind-technologies-signs-sale-of-africas-highest-wind-tower\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Oualidia (Marruecos)<\/a><\/strong>, permite reducir el consumo de hormig\u00f3n en un 80% respecto a la cimentaci\u00f3n tradicional. De esta forma, las emisiones de CO2 provenientes de la cimentaci\u00f3n disminuyen hasta en un 60%. Por otro lado, el tiempo de instalaci\u00f3n de la cimentaci\u00f3n se reduce y puede concluirse en tan s\u00f3lo una semana. Finalmente, todas estas ventajas culminan en un impacto econ\u00f3mico muy positivo. Esta cimentaci\u00f3n ha demostrado ser hasta un 60% m\u00e1s competitiva en coste que la gravitacional.<\/p>\n<p>Por ejemplo, la cimentaci\u00f3n instalada en Oualidia para una torre de 144 metros de altura de buje consiste en tres pilotes de 24 metros de profundidad y 1,2 metros de di\u00e1metro. En total, los pilotes han requerido \u00fanicamente 81m3 de hormig\u00f3n, mientras que una cimentaci\u00f3n gravitacional habr\u00eda requerido de 500m3.<\/p>\n<p>Nabrawind ha extendido la patente de esta cimentaci\u00f3n a siete pa\u00edses, incluida Espa\u00f1a, cuyas caracter\u00edsticas y potencial del mercado e\u00f3lico les hacen id\u00f3neas para este tipo de cimentaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Nabrawind Technologies S.L. es una empresa navarra, participada por SODENA, que dise\u00f1a y desarrolla tecnolog\u00edas e\u00f3licas avanzadas. Fue fundada en el a\u00f1o 2015 en Pamplona con el fin de desarrollar dos patentes que hab\u00edan solicitado los promotores en la empresa matriz Nabrawind S.L.<\/p>\n<p>Nabrawind Technologies, ha tratado de dar respuesta desde su fundaci\u00f3n a una de las principales amenazas para el desarrollo de la energ\u00eda e\u00f3lica: el crecimiento de los aerogeneradores. Las mejores localizaciones para los parques e\u00f3licos ya est\u00e1n explotadas y el 90% de los nuevos emplazamientos estar\u00e1n constituidos, en menos de un lustro, en lugares con vientos de menor intensidad, de clase III y IV.<\/p>\n<p>Por este motivo, el sector experimenta la necesidad de desarrollar aerogeneradores m\u00e1s potentes y capaces de alcanzar alturas superiores a las actuales. Y todo ello sin disparar los costes de la producci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda y, adem\u00e1s, de ampliar la rentabilidad de los parques e\u00f3licos.<\/p>\n<p>Para dar respuesta a estos retos, Nabrawind Technologies ha desarrollado con \u00e9xito dos productos: Nabrajoint y Nabralift. El primero consiste en una uni\u00f3n de palas modulares compatible<br \/>con cualquier pala y cuyo ensamblaje puede realizarse a los pies del aerogenerador en un breve periodo de tiempo.
