La cimentaci\u00f3n minimiza al m\u00e1ximo su impacto medioambiental y simplifica su fabricaci\u00f3n e instalaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Peikko, l\u00edder europeo en soluciones para cimentaciones de turbinas e\u00f3licas onshore, posee una extendida y s\u00f3lida trayectoria en este tipo de cimentaciones. La empresa finlandesa suministrar\u00e1 componentes de acero, como los anclajes de roca FATBAR\u00ae, a este proyecto y tambi\u00e9n ser\u00e1 responsable del dise\u00f1o de la cimentaci\u00f3n. Sin embargo, lo que distingue a esta cimentaci\u00f3n respecto a otras ya desarrolladas en el sector radica en el hecho de utilizar la pieza de transici\u00f3n desarrollada por Nabrawind para su torre <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nabrawind.com\/nabralift\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Nabralift<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>De esta forma, la pieza de transici\u00f3n distribuye las cargas a trav\u00e9s de tres puntos distantes directamente anclados al subsuelo de la roca. De este modo, el tama\u00f1o de la cimentaci\u00f3n resultantes es muy reducido y el n\u00famero y la m\u00e9trica de los anclajes tambi\u00e9n se reducen significativamente.<\/p>\n<p>Otro beneficio de esta cimentaci\u00f3n se basa en la simplificaci\u00f3n del proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n. De hecho, cada cimentaci\u00f3n requiere \u00fanicamente de dos camiones para transportar el hormig\u00f3n hasta el emplazamiento del proyecto. De esta forma, se evita la necesidad de instalar ad hoc grandes plantas de hormig\u00f3n. De igual manera, la excavaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n se simplifica gracias a que \u00fanicamente se perforan tres peque\u00f1os agujeros en el terreno.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, esta innovadora cimentaci\u00f3n se beneficia de una importante reducci\u00f3n de hormig\u00f3n, lo que al mismo tiempo reduce las emisiones de CO2 en un 90% en comparaci\u00f3n con otras alternativas est\u00e1ndar del sector e\u00f3lico.<\/p>\n<p>Ion Arocena, Director de Programa de Nabralift, se\u00f1ala la excelente colaboraci\u00f3n entre ambas empresas. &#8220;Gracias a la experiencia de Peikko tenemos ahora una gran soluci\u00f3n para mejorar la competitividad de nuestra torre Nabralift en emplazamientos rocosos. Vemos un mercado muy interesante para esta soluci\u00f3n, con dos nuevos proyectos ya en negociaci\u00f3n&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, Peikko destaca la satisfacci\u00f3n de desarrollar proyectos innovadores como el presente en un mercado tan distinto como es el de Namibia.
