Se espera que la construcci\u00f3n est\u00e9 terminada a finales de 2021.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Durante el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o, Noblejas ha recibido un n\u00famero creciente de pedidos de producci\u00f3n de componentes de mayor tama\u00f1o. La instalaci\u00f3n, utilizada para reparar y renovar una gran variedad de componentes de aerogeneradores terrestres, emplea actualmente a m\u00e1s de 130 empleados y contratistas y ha aumentado su carga de trabajo m\u00e1s del 30% en el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;El aumento de la demanda de nuestros servicios, junto con el crecimiento del tama\u00f1o de los componentes de las turbinas, ha sido un elemento clave que ha impulsado nuestra decisi\u00f3n de mejorar nuestra capacidad actual y nuestras posibilidades en Noblejas&#8221;, ha indicado Sergio Barroso, Jefe de Parts y Reparaciones de Europe Services. &#8220;Tendremos m\u00e1s espacio para satisfacer las necesidades de nuestros clientes, al mismo tiempo que priorizamos la seguridad de nuestros empleados y la calidad de nuestros productos&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>La ampliaci\u00f3n aumentar\u00e1 la capacidad interior de las instalaciones en 5.000 metros cuadrados e incluir\u00e1 dos nuevas naves y la posibilidad de separar el desmontaje, la limpieza y la inspecci\u00f3n para los procesos de remanufactura de las \u00e1reas de montaje y pruebas. Las instalaciones tambi\u00e9n internalizar\u00e1n las fases de rectificado de los engranajes, lo que permitir\u00e1 una respuesta m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida y una mayor flexibilidad para nuestros clientes. Tambi\u00e9n se instalar\u00e1n tres nuevas l\u00edneas de montaje.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;A medida que aumenta el tama\u00f1o de las turbinas terrestres, tambi\u00e9n aumenta el espacio que necesitamos para mantener y reparar sus componentes&#8221;, se\u00f1ala Robin Goodman, director general de Onshore Wind Europe. &#8220;A medida que crece nuestro volumen de reparaciones, esta ampliaci\u00f3n nos permitir\u00e1 satisfacer las necesidades actuales de nuestros clientes, aportar capacidades adicionales a nivel interno, aumentar nuestra capacidad para dar servicio a turbinas que no sean de GE y mejorar nuestra competitividad en la regi\u00f3n&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>El nuevo espacio tambi\u00e9n permitir\u00e1 al equipo seguir atendiendo una variedad de necesidades adicionales de los clientes, incluidos los procesos de reparaci\u00f3n que contribuyen a la reutilizaci\u00f3n de las piezas. Esto, en \u00faltima instancia, mejora el tiempo de respuesta y reduce los costes log\u00edsticos y el tiempo de procesamiento, a\u00f1adiendo valor a los clientes de GE. LM Wind Power, negocio de GE Renewable Energy, tiene sedes en Ponferrada, Castell\u00f3n y Madrid.
