Fruto de ello, el a\u00f1o pasado, SOLUTE adquiri\u00f3 la participaci\u00f3n mayoritaria de TSR Wind, empresa espa\u00f1ola de ingenier\u00eda y rob\u00f3tica aplicadas a la operaci\u00f3n y mantenimiento en el sector e\u00f3lico, como una decisi\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica para invertir y lanzar nuevos desarrollos en este campo y as\u00ed poder ofrecer soluciones lo m\u00e1s completas posibles a sus clientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el marco de esta integraci\u00f3n de TSR en SOLUTE, surge el desarrollo de algoritmos de inteligencia artificial para la detecci\u00f3n autom\u00e1tica de da\u00f1os en palas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TSRInspector es la soluci\u00f3n end-to-end para la gesti\u00f3n de inspecciones de palas desarrollada por TSRWind. Esta herramienta permite, entre otros, la visualizaci\u00f3n de da\u00f1os en alta resoluci\u00f3n, la generaci\u00f3n autom\u00e1tica de informes de da\u00f1os, la reconstrucci\u00f3n digital de la pala completa, as\u00ed como la inspecci\u00f3n integral de da\u00f1os por nuestros expertos. Esta soluci\u00f3n juega un papel muy importante en la planificaci\u00f3n de actividades de operaci\u00f3n y mantenimiento (O&amp;M) de parques e\u00f3licos, cuyo coste puede representar en torno a un 20-25% del coste nivelado de energ\u00eda (LCOE) durante el per\u00edodo de vida \u00fatil de una turbina e\u00f3lica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"395\" src=\"https:\/\/aeeolica.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/1-1024x395.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-186319\" style=\"aspect-ratio:2.5924050632911393;width:823px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/aeeolica.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/1-1024x395.png 1024w, https:\/\/aeeolica.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/1-980x378.png 980w, https:\/\/aeeolica.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/1-480x185.png 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) 1024px, 100vw\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Con el fin de reducir los costes de O&amp;M relacionados con la reparaci\u00f3n de da\u00f1os encontrados, TSRWind, en colaboraci\u00f3n con el equipo de inteligencia artificial de SOLUTE, ha estado desarrollando una soluci\u00f3n basada en inteligencia artificial para agilizar el proceso de inspecci\u00f3n de da\u00f1os y reducir los tiempos de entrega de informes a clientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uno de los puntos claves para el desarrollo de estrategias basadas en inteligencia artificial es la obtenci\u00f3n y preparaci\u00f3n de una base de datos completa. Para ofertar esta soluci\u00f3n, es necesario que esta base de datos est\u00e9 correctamente etiquetada y contextualizada. Tambi\u00e9n es necesario un procesamiento adecuado de las im\u00e1genes originales tomadas con el robot de inspecci\u00f3n Eolos, pues dichas im\u00e1genes deben adaptarse a un formato adecuado para un modelo de inteligencia artificial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"526\" height=\"185\" src=\"https:\/\/aeeolica.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-186321\" srcset=\"https:\/\/aeeolica.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/2.png 526w, https:\/\/aeeolica.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/2-480x169.png 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) 526px, 100vw\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.repsol.com\/content\/dam\/repsol-corporate\/es\/sala-de-prensa\/documentos-notas-de-prensa\/2022\/np161222-repsol-asterion-energies.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otro punto clave es la mejora continua de nuestro modelo de detecci\u00f3n de da\u00f1os mediante un proceso iterativo. Para tener un marco de referencia, se desarroll\u00f3 inicialmente un modelo \u00fanicamente capaz de identificar potenciales da\u00f1os en la superficie de la pala. El objetivo de esta versi\u00f3n preliminar ten\u00eda como objeto la generaci\u00f3n de un preetiquetado para nuestros inspectores, de modo que solo tuvieran que clasificar el da\u00f1o al realizar la inspecci\u00f3n. Esta versi\u00f3n ha mostrado un desempe\u00f1o bastante alto, si bien se detect\u00f3 la presencia de falsos positivos (por ejemplo, detecciones de s\u00edmbolos con forma de flecha en la pala como si fueran da\u00f1os).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"520\" src=\"https:\/\/aeeolica.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/3-1024x520.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-186323\" srcset=\"https:\/\/aeeolica.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/3-1024x520.png 1024w, https:\/\/aeeolica.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/3-980x498.png 980w, https:\/\/aeeolica.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/3-480x244.png 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) 1024px, 100vw\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Nuestra soluci\u00f3n se ha ido mejorando mediante el ajuste de hiperpar\u00e1metros del modelo, un procesamiento m\u00e1s avanzado de las im\u00e1genes y la revisi\u00f3n exhaustiva de la base de datos para subsanar las limitaciones encontradas en dicha versi\u00f3n inicial. Gracias a ello, versiones m\u00e1s avanzadas de nuestra metodolog\u00eda permiten tambi\u00e9n la clasificaci\u00f3n de agrupaciones de da\u00f1os m\u00e1s comunes como grietas, erosiones y desconches. El postproceso de la inspecci\u00f3n se ha refinado para agrupar etiquetas pertenecientes a la misma categor\u00eda, con el fin de simplificar el proceso de inspecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
