Todas las fuerzas generadas por el viento act\u00faan directamente en estos rodamientos. Los rodamientos est\u00e1n expuestos a unas cargas y unas condiciones de servicio altamente din\u00e1micas. Si falla el rodamiento principal, el resultado es una parada no programada de todo el aerogenerador, con p\u00e9rdidas de producci\u00f3n y elevados costes derivados. Es esta la situaci\u00f3n en la que el sistema de medici\u00f3n de precarga PREMESY de Schaeffler, de nuevo desarrollo, entra en escena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En los modernos aerogeneradores multimegavatio se suelen emplear las denominadas rodaduras ajustadas. El dise\u00f1o de estos rodamientos ofrece un alto nivel de fiabilidad, junto con una larga duraci\u00f3n de vida \u00fatil. No obstante, es muy importante que la precarga de los rodamientos se ajuste con la m\u00e1xima precisi\u00f3n posible, tanto en la fase de montaje como durante el funcionamiento. La configuraci\u00f3n \u00f3ptima de esta precarga se determina durante el proceso de dise\u00f1o en base a c\u00e1lculos complejos aplicando el m\u00e9todo de los elementos finitos. Pero en la pr\u00e1ctica estas configuraciones se comprueban raras veces o ninguna en absoluto, sobre todo tras el montaje. A menudo, no se identifica desviaci\u00f3n alguna respecto a la precarga del rodamiento, definida durante el proceso de dise\u00f1o, hasta que dicho rodamiento falla prematuramente mientras est\u00e1 funcionando.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schaeffler PREMESY es el primer y \u00fanico sistema digital de este tipo en el mercado. Monitoriza la precarga del rodamiento tanto en el montaje como durante el funcionamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El sistema se basa en los sensores digitales de distancia de alta precisi\u00f3n que se monitorizan mediante una unidad central que es f\u00e1cil de integrar. Por tanto, PREMESY proporciona la base para el mantenimiento predictivo, puesto que se monitorizan los factores m\u00e1s propensos a causar fallos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La monitorizaci\u00f3n continua previene los fallos y los elevados costes asociados<\/strong><br>Los fallos no previstos de los aerogeneradores pueden comportar costes extraordinariamente elevados. Adem\u00e1s de las p\u00e9rdidas de producci\u00f3n durante varios d\u00edas, o incluso semanas, los costes de reparaci\u00f3n \u2014en particular de los aerogeneradores en alta mar\u2014 pueden ascender a entre 500.000 y 1.000.000 de euros.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;La configuraci\u00f3n y la monitorizaci\u00f3n correctas de la precarga del rodamiento son extremadamente complicadas sin utilizar PREMESY\u201d, ha explicado Benedikt Neugebauer, experto de Regional Business Unit Wind Energy en Schaeffler. &#8220;Si la precarga es demasiado elevada, la duraci\u00f3n de vida \u00fatil se reduce considerablemente y, en casos extremos, el rodamiento se puede sobrecalentar. Si la precarga es demasiado baja, interfiere con el comportamiento cinem\u00e1tico fluido de los elementos rodantes, lo que puede conllevar un fallo prematuro del rodamiento y, a su vez, de la totalidad del aerogenerador. PREMESY ayuda a asegurar que los aerogeneradores funcionen sin interrupciones y, por lo tanto, aporta una contribuci\u00f3n importante a la producci\u00f3n fiable de energ\u00eda.&#8221;<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes incluso de su reciente lanzamiento al mercado, PREMESY ya ha recibido el reconocimiento del sector industrial.
