Rentable.) en la feria WindEnergy Hamburg, que se celebrar\u00e1 del 24 al 27 de septiembre de 2024 (pabell\u00f3n B5, stand 333).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Optimizaci\u00f3n de sistemas mediante programas avanzados de simulaci\u00f3n<\/strong><br>Una ejecuci\u00f3n optimizada de los rodamientos es una condici\u00f3n fundamental para que el funcionamiento de los aerogeneradores se caracterice por la m\u00e1xima fiabilidad y rentabilidad.&nbsp; Por este motivo, el enfoque &#8220;closed loop engineering&#8221; de Schaeffler se basa en programas de c\u00e1lculo y simulaci\u00f3n de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n. Se trata de programas de simulaci\u00f3n \u201cmultibody\u201d especializados que generan modelos din\u00e1micos muy realistas de rodamientos individuales, estructuras anexas e incluso trenes de potencia completos. Las simulaciones utilizan el aprendizaje autom\u00e1tico y <em>cloud computing<\/em> para optimizar tanto la mec\u00e1nica como la din\u00e1mica de los rodamientos de los aerogeneradores.&nbsp; Adem\u00e1s de los rodamientos convencionales, Schaeffler puede realizar c\u00e1lculos y simulaciones para los nuevos casquillos de fricci\u00f3n hidrodin\u00e1micos que ha desarrollado para las multiplicadoras de los aerogeneradores y que ya se fabrican en serie.<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Potentes instalaciones de ensayo para sistemas de rodamientos<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>En el paso siguiente de su enfoque &#8220;closed loop&#8221; y para garantizar su fiabilidad, Schaeffler somete sus sistemas de rodamientos para aerogeneradores a pruebas exhaustivas. Desde 2011, la empresa utiliza su banco de pruebas &#8220;Astraios&#8221; para grandes rodamientos con el fin de obtener informaci\u00f3n importante sobre las cargas y los momentos que afectan a los trenes de potencia de los aerogeneradores. Esta instalaci\u00f3n permite que la empresa pruebe y valide r\u00e1pidamente productos de nuevo desarrollo en condiciones reales.<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actualmente, Schaeffler lleva a cabo una importante ampliaci\u00f3n de su capacidad de ensayo de rodamientos. En colaboraci\u00f3n con LORC (Lind\u00f8 Offshore Renewables Center) y R&amp;D Test Systems, se est\u00e1n construyendo ahora mismo en Lind\u00f8, Dinamarca, las instalaciones de pruebas m\u00e1s potentes del mundo para rodamientos principales de aerogeneradores. La instalaci\u00f3n deber\u00eda estar lista para ejecutar sus primeros programas de prueba a finales de 2025. Schaeffler ha desempe\u00f1ado un papel decisivo en la definici\u00f3n de las especificaciones de la instalaci\u00f3n de pruebas y la utilizar\u00e1 para probar sus rodamientos del eje principal en cooperaci\u00f3n con fabricantes de aerogeneradores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Los datos procedentes de las mediciones sobre el terreno se introducen en la simulaci\u00f3n<\/strong><br>El tercer paso en el enfoque &#8220;closed loop engineering&#8221;, adem\u00e1s de la simulaci\u00f3n y las pruebas, es la monitorizaci\u00f3n sobre el terreno. Para ello, los expertos de Schaeffler monitorizan prototipos de aerogeneradores en campa\u00f1as de medici\u00f3n sobre el terreno. Los resultados de estas mediciones se utilizan a continuaci\u00f3n para validar los par\u00e1metros de dise\u00f1o originales del proceso de simulaci\u00f3n o para iniciar nuevas optimizaciones. En este contexto, la atenci\u00f3n se centra en el tren de potencia, especialmente en el sistema de rodamientos del eje principal, ya que es aqu\u00ed donde se suman todas las fuerzas ejercidas sobre el aerogenerador. Estas medidas tempranas en la fase de dise\u00f1o permiten que Schaeffler minimice los fallos del sistema y los costes asociados, al tiempo que maximiza la robustez del sistema. <strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El enfoque de circuito cerrado \u201cclosed loop\u201d implica que Schaeffler trabaje en la optimizaci\u00f3n de los rodamientos en colaboraci\u00f3n con sus clientes.
