{"id":287135,"date":"2025-05-02T14:03:17","date_gmt":"2025-05-02T12:03:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aeeolica.org\/?p=287135"},"modified":"2025-05-02T14:03:21","modified_gmt":"2025-05-02T12:03:21","slug":"vitrowind-reciclado-de-palas-de-aerogeneradores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aeeolica.org\/en\/vitrowind-reciclado-de-palas-de-aerogeneradores\/","title":{"rendered":"VITROWIND reciclado de palas de aerogeneradores"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Paneles de gran formato, realizados con desechos de palas para su uso en la industrializaci\u00f3n de la construcci\u00f3n de viviendas y en la industria en general.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una novedosa t\u00e9cnica para recuperar una parte de los residuos que generan las palas de los aerogeneradores.\u00a0 Esta t\u00e9cnica se denomina <strong>vitrificaci\u00f3n.\u00a0 <\/strong>El procedimiento comienza con un <strong>triturado mec\u00e1nico<\/strong> de la pala hasta conseguir formas y tama\u00f1os adecuados para ser tratados posteriormente.\u00a0 Las palas de los aerogeneradores est\u00e1n realizadas con <strong>materiales composites<\/strong>, y su composici\u00f3n qu\u00edmica es muy variada, as\u00ed llevan fibra de vidrio, madera de balsa, resinas epox\u00eddicas aglutinantes, pinturas acr\u00edlicas y\/o poliuret\u00e1nicas, etc.\u00a0 Actualmente las palas se almacenan en vertederos controlados a la espera de un tratamiento adecuado para que estos materiales tengan un segundo uso \u00fatil que alargue su vida en el tiempo.\u00a0 La degradaci\u00f3n natural de estos desechos es dif\u00edcil, lenta y costosa.\u00a0 De forma natural se degradan como <strong>micropl\u00e1sticos, <\/strong>\u00a0de ah\u00ed la necesidad de abordar una soluci\u00f3n integral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los <strong>PANELES VITROWIND GF-GRAN FORMATO<\/strong> son compactos y ligeros con unas resistencias mec\u00e1nicas elevadas. Son excelentes aislantes t\u00e9rmicos y ac\u00fasticos, anticondensaci\u00f3n e ign\u00edfugos retardantes de la propagaci\u00f3n del fuego. Ofrecen un excelente equilibrio entre su resistencia mec\u00e1nica y su aislamiento t\u00e9rmico ya que son productos estructurales y portantes, con una relaci\u00f3n peso\/volumen de <strong>650 Kg\/m<sup>3<\/sup><\/strong>y <strong>cuatro<\/strong> veces m\u00e1s ligeros que el hormig\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>VITROWIND&nbsp;&nbsp; Reciclado de palas de aerogeneradores<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Materiales ligeros realizados con 60% en volumen de granza de composites provenientes de recortes de palas de aerogeneradores y 40% en volumen de minerales naturales expandidos y vitrificados.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Producci\u00f3n industrial sometida a procedimientos sostenibles de bajo consumo energ\u00e9tico y m\u00ednimo impacto en la \u201chuella de carbono\u201d y criterios\u00a0 de econom\u00eda circular.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Productos aislantes t\u00e9rmicos, ac\u00fasticos e ign\u00edfugos mineralizados.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Exentos de COVs (compuestos org\u00e1nicos vol\u00e1tiles).<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La t\u00e9cnica de <strong>vitrificaci\u00f3n <\/strong>consiste en el uso de soluciones alcalinas de minerales naturales solubles en agua y de alta resistencia al fuego.
