Este hito no solo valida esta tecnolog\u00eda para el sector e\u00f3lico, sino que marca un precedente en la instalaci\u00f3n de turbinas de gran envergadura en ubicaciones con condiciones de<br>viento extremos y sin disponibilidad de grandes gr\u00faas. Skylift: operativa \u201ccrane-less\u201d en zonas de viento extremo.<br><br>El sistema de izado Skylift integra dos tecnolog\u00edas desarrolladas por Nabrawind: el sistema de autoizado (Total SES), adaptado a torres tubulares convencionales, y BladeRunner. Ambas permiten prescindir de gr\u00faas de gran tonelaje, superando la principal barrera log\u00edstica en parques e\u00f3licos de dif\u00edcil acceso y condiciones extremas de viento.<br>La tecnolog\u00eda evoluciona lo avanzado por Nabralift y permite izar cualquier tipolog\u00eda de torre una vez instalado el rotor a 30-40 m (previamente 90 -100 m). La maniobra se realiza de forma fiable con vientos inestables, velocidades de 15 m\/s y r\u00e1fagas de hasta 20 m\/s, a diferencia de las gr\u00faas convencionales que solo trabajan con vientos de hasta a 6-8 m\/s para el montaje de alg\u00fan<br>componente, como las palas. El parque Innovent Diaz, ubicado en una de las zonas con m\u00e1s recurso e\u00f3lico del mundo, ha permitido validar este sistema de montaje en todo el rango de velocidades de viento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asimismo, el sistema permite izar tramos de torres tubulares de espesor reducido sin comprometer su integridad estructural, gracias a la tecnolog\u00eda Total SES, que evoluciona el sistema de autoizado de Nabralift (SES) para permitir su uso en toda tipolog\u00eda de torres e\u00f3licas.<br><br>El reto de izar aerogeneradores Direct-Drive GW165\/6000<br>El aerogenerador GW165\/6000 de Goldwind es Direct-Drive, lo que ha llevado al equipo de ingenier\u00eda de Nabrawind a desarrollar otro sistema pionero, necesario en aerogeneradores de esta tipolog\u00eda. Tras el izado del primer tramo y la nacelle se han instalado dos palas a 30o del suelo, con un sistema de manipulaci\u00f3n propio y un contrapeso que estabiliza el rotor hasta alcanzar la<br>altura final del buje. Finalmente, este contrapeso se sustituye por la tercera pala gracias al sistema BladeRunner. Esta es la primera vez que se utiliza esta soluci\u00f3n con las dos palas en posici\u00f3n de 30\u00ba, lo que supone un grado de dificultad m\u00e1ximo para el proyecto.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aumento del ritmo de instalaci\u00f3n.<br>El parque e\u00f3lico InnoVent Diaz contar\u00e1 con 7 aerogeneradores Goldwind GW165\/6000. Esto permite a Nabrawind demostrar tanto la capacidad para resolver maniobras complejas como la operatividad del sistema en condiciones serie, completando la instalaci\u00f3n de la s\u00e9ptima turbina en un tiempo de ciclo neto de 1 semana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La combinaci\u00f3n de la capacidad de instalaci\u00f3n a 15 m\/s junto con dicha cadencia neta posiciona a Skylift en el sistema de referencia para emplazamientos de viento extremo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parque e\u00f3lico InnoVent Diaz.<br>Adem\u00e1s de los 7 aerogeneradores Goldwind GW165\/6000, el parque e\u00f3lico Innovent Diaz incluye 4 aerogeneradores XMEC-Darwind XE93-2000 (sobre cimentaciones Nabrabase) ya instalados por Nabrawind. Una vez operativo, la instalaci\u00f3n generar\u00e1 230 GWh de energ\u00eda limpia, el 6% de la demanda el\u00e9ctrica del pa\u00eds, y evitar\u00e1 la emisi\u00f3n de 200.000 toneladas de CO2 anuales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sobre Nabrawind<br>Nabrawind es una empresa espa\u00f1ola con presencia global especializada en tecnolog\u00edas e\u00f3licas avanzadas y componentes de aerogeneradores.
