Este importante hito permitir\u00e1 hacer de la e\u00f3lica un sector a\u00fan m\u00e1s sostenible, con el objetivo de conseguir que sea completamente circular en un futuro cercano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Siemens Gamesa lanz\u00f3 la RecyclableBlade para proyectos e\u00f3licos marinos en septiembre de 2021 y tras solo diez meses, el pasado mes de julio, se instalaron las primeras palas en el parque de Kaskasi de RWE, en el mar del Norte alem\u00e1n. Ahora, Siemens Gamesa da el siguiente paso con el lanzamiento de la versi\u00f3n de esta pala reciclable para e\u00f3lica terrestre, que ya est\u00e1 disponible y lista para su comercializaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;El lanzamiento de nuestra RecyclableBlade para parques e\u00f3licos onshore es un logro muy destacado de nuestros equipos. Desde el principio la idea fue disponer de este producto para offshore y onshore, de modo que estamos muy satisfechos de poder ofrecer ahora a nuestros clientes las dos versiones de esta pala reciclable&#8221;, ha asegurado Jochen Eickholt, CEO de Siemens Gamesa. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los objetivos globales de capacidad e\u00f3lica instalada, tanto en onshore como en offshore, son cada vez m\u00e1s ambiciosos y la demanda de productos reciclables ha ido en aumento. El tama\u00f1o de las turbinas y, a su vez, de las palas, es cada vez mayor, lo que hace a\u00fan m\u00e1s necesario encontrar soluciones que garanticen su circularidad. El complejo proceso de producci\u00f3n de las palas, en el que intervienen materiales compuestos como la resina, el vidrio y la fibra de carbono, dificultaba su eliminaci\u00f3n al final del ciclo de vida del aerogenerador. Aunque alrededor del 85% de un aerogenerador puede reciclarse por completo, muchas palas se enviaban a los vertederos tras su desmantelamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el proceso de la RecyclableBlade se utiliza una soluci\u00f3n \u00e1cida suave para separar los materiales al final de la vida \u00fatil del aerogenerador.
