El nuevo sistema de transporte de palas e\u00f3licas de Iberdrola"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Hist\u00f3ricamente, el transporte de palas e\u00f3licas no ha sido sencillo debido al creciente tama\u00f1o y peso de estas y a que los parques e\u00f3licos suelen encontrarse en zonas alejadas y de dif\u00edcil acceso. Para reducir el impacto medioambiental de este traslado nace la tecnolog\u00eda Blade Lifter, que emplea la inclinaci\u00f3n de las palas para facilitar su transporte.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Normalmente, un&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.iberdrola.com\/sostenibilidad\/instalacion-de-aerogeneradores\">aerogenerador<\/a>&nbsp;tiene tres palas movi\u00e9ndose respecto a un eje horizontal que, al girar, producen energ\u00eda cin\u00e9tica. Cada una de esas palas tiene una longitud que puede ir&nbsp;desde los 5 metros hasta pasados los 100 y su peso es de varias decenas de toneladas.&nbsp;Teniendo en cuenta que un parque e\u00f3lico puede contar con m\u00e1s de 100 aerogeneradores, cada uno con sus tres palas, el transporte de estos importantes gigantes e\u00f3licos no es una tarea sencilla. Especialmente cuando muchos de estos parques se encuentran en&nbsp;<strong>zonas rurales de dif\u00edcil acceso<\/strong>, muchas veces con carreteras de monta\u00f1a, estrechas y con un importante n\u00famero de curvas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante el crecimiento, tanto en longitud como en peso, de las palas e\u00f3licas para buscar la m\u00e1xima eficiencia, se impon\u00eda tambi\u00e9n la necesidad de encontrar un medio de transporte apto y que&nbsp;redujese el impacto medioambiental&nbsp;ya que, en ocasiones, se ha hecho incluso necesario crear v\u00edas, ensanchar las ya existentes o retirar postes de comunicaci\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, cuando las condiciones son dif\u00edciles, normalmente se opta por aumentar el stock de palas en el parque para que, en el caso de que sean necesarias, no haya que transportarlas de nuevo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfC\u00d3MO FUNCIONA EL SISTEMA BLADE LIFTER?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante estas necesidades naci\u00f3&nbsp;<strong>la tecnolog\u00eda Blade Lifter<\/strong>, pionera en Europa, que utiliza la inclinaci\u00f3n de la pala para hacer su transporte m\u00e1s sencillo. A trav\u00e9s de un mecanismo, normalmente un elevador hidr\u00e1ulico, la pala se eleva, alcanzando una&nbsp;inclinaci\u00f3n de unos 65 grados, o incluso se gira, para evitar el efecto vela del viento, facilitando as\u00ed circular por carreteras estrechas, con curvas cerradas o incluso por n\u00facleos urbanos. El transporte se lleva a cabo utilizando un tr\u00e1iler, con al menos una decena de ejes. Detr\u00e1s de la cabeza tractora se incorpora este mecanismo que permite tanto el giro de la pala como la elevaci\u00f3n en el plano vertical, siempre fijando la base de esta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Consulta esta <a href=\"https:\/\/aeeolica.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Iberdrola_blade_lifter_ES.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">infograf\u00eda<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La elevaci\u00f3n e inclinaci\u00f3n de la pala se lleva a cabo en los tramos del trayecto m\u00e1s complicados y en los que, por tanto, es necesario, adaptando as\u00ed su posici\u00f3n para salvar los obst\u00e1culos que se encuentren. Esta maniobra no es sencilla y&nbsp;<strong>requiere de la presencia de un operario especializado&nbsp;<\/strong>que cuente con experiencia en su manejo ya que, adem\u00e1s, cada situaci\u00f3n es diferente y requiere la adaptaci\u00f3n de la t\u00e9cnica.
