These Articles of Association were approved at a meeting of the AEE General Assembly held in Madrid on October 4, 2012; amended at a meeting of the General Assembly held in Madrid on May 26, 2014; amended again at a meeting of the General Assembly held in Madrid on June 27, 2016; revised at a meeting of the General Assembly held in Madrid on July 27, 2017; amended at a meeting of the General Assembly held in Madrid on June 20, 2022; and revised again at a meeting of the General Assembly held in Madrid on July 4, 2023.
